This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable CNC Programmer/Setter, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.



CNC Miller (Programming, Setting & Operating)

We are currently recruiting CNC Programmers/Millers for our day shift team at our Darwen site.

Salary and benefits - £18 hour
Days - Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience in a technical machining background
  • Ability to program is essential
  • Highest standards of H&S and Quality is essential
  • Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and deliver conforming parts
  • Working with various materials including exotic grade alloys
  • A detailed understanding of engineering drawing, tooling selection, work holding & cutting strategy is essential
  • A good communicator at all levels, with the ability to integrate and support a successful team.

Semi-skilled Machine Operator (Mon - Thurs) MTL Advanced

We are also recruiting Semi Skilled Machine Operators at our Rotherham site to join our Monday - Thursday crew. You will operate and maintain semi-automated robotic seam welding cells to produce high-quality metal components. Your primary focus is ensuring precision, efficiency, and equipment up-time.

Monday - Thursday rotating Days (6am-4pm) and Nights (8pm-6am)
