Using profiles produced by our laser cutting and waterjet cutting divisions, we can work with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass.
We have a comprehensive range of facilities which enable us to carry out all sheet metalwork processes in-house, providing us with complete control over lead time and quality.
Our sheet metalwork capabilities include laser cutting up to 25mm thick, waterjet cutting of any material up to 200mm thick, CNC bending & folding up to 7.2m wide, CNC punching up to 6mm thick, pressing, rolling, forming, grinding and polishing. We also offer a variety of finishing techniques such as vaqua blasting, powder coating, wet painting, shot blasting and polishing.
