WEC Group Engineering Academy

We also have the award winning WEC Group Engineering Academy which is the only apprenticeship scheme of its type in the UK for those wishing to begin a successful career in engineering. We offer five year apprenticeships every year in welding/fabrication, CNC machining, laser/press brake operating as well as office based apprenticeships in project engineering, business administration and marketing. All our apprentices are guaranteed a job with WEC once they complete their apprenticeships.
