About the role

We are looking for an experienced FLT Operator to ensure the efficient receipt, storage and retrieval of all materials (raw and finished) whilst ensuring it is correctly marked up. This is an integral role within the business, supporting our production teams to ensure machines have sufficient material to run to maximum productivity. You will require an in date FLT ( Counterbalance ) Licence to keep all aspects of the materials flowing.
About the role
- Efficient unloading, handling and storage of internal material; steel, stainless steel, aluminium to appropriate holding area
- Ensuring correct storage inside with location of materials updated on computer
- Sorting and feeding production with materials to production plans including assisting with maneuvering of materials on to and off the machines, either by crane or manually
- Maximise the uptime of the machines by delivering materials in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate stock representation of the press racks
- Follow the Laser Kitting Process
About you
- Valid and in date full Forklift Truck Licence – Counterbalance– Side loader
- Overhead crane / slinging & lifting skills
