WEC Group is recruiting experienced Laser Operators to join our growing laser engineering teams in Darwen, Lancashire. We have opportunities available on rotating day shifts and permanent night shifts, operating both flatbed and tube laser machinery within a well organised, high volume engineering environment.

Laser Operator – Rotating Day Shift in Darwen
We are currently recruiting an experienced Laser Operator to join our rotating day shift team at our Darwen site.
Salary and benefits - £12.50 to £13.25 per hour, negotiable depending on experience, £20 per week attendance allowance and £30 per week shift allowance
Shift pattern with early Friday finishes - Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm, Friday 6am to 12pm and Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm, Friday 12pm to 6pm.
You will be operating flatbed laser machinery in a busy production environment, working from engineering drawings and collaborating with a skilled and supportive team. Laser Operator Jobs – Night Shift Vacancies - Darwen
We are also recruiting experienced Laser Operators to join our night shift laser department in Darwen. These roles suit skilled operators who are looking for consistent night work with straightforward hours and long term stability.
Current night shift roles include
Tube Laser Operator Nights, Monday to Thursday, 9.30pm to 6.30am
Flatbed Laser Operator Nights, Monday to Thursday, 9.30pm to 6.30am
We are offering £12.50 to £13.25 per hour, negotiable depending on experience and £100 per week attendance allowance.
You will be producing high quality laser cut components, reading engineering drawings and working as part of an experienced and supportive night shift team within a well equipped laser engineering department. Apply Here.
